Grassroots is a warm, community-driven studio sanctuary located on The Boardwalk. We provide gentle, welcoming movement designed for everyday people aged 18-85+ who are navigating stiffness, injury recovery, fatigue , or the transitions of perimenopause.

There are no mirrors, no crop tops, and absolutely no advanced expectations. Out highly experienced instructors offer exceptional care, providing clear modifications so that every single body feels safe, comfortable, and successful on the mat.

Whether you are a complete beginner or returning to movement after a break, we offer a supportive, low-pressure space to help ease joint stiffness, calm the mind, and restore your natural daily energy.
