Grassroots Yoga & Health is a vibrant and innovative, community driven yoga studio. Our yoga classes empower and educate with a method that blends skillful physical alignment into playful progressive flow. Providing classes for every level of student, we offer the highest calibre instruction in an uplifting and beautiful space.

We offer an introduction to yoga class series for beginners, where you learn the foundational postures in a supportive environment. We also have advanced classes, as well as Yoga flow, restorative yoga, gentle yoga, and prenatal yoga classes. We believe yoga is for everyone!
