Cassels presents – A Brewers Lunch
Saturday 18th January 2025
Gather your group this Summer and join us in Blue Smoke for a long lunch paired with your favourite Cassels beers. Your experience includes chats from the brewing team and Cassels family. The Cassels Brewing Co has a passionate story to tell about their craft beer journey that started with home brewing to then becoming world champion brewers in Milk Stout.
The lunch menu carefully curated by award winning chef Rex Morgan.
The Cassels Brewers Lunch is a wholesome experience to gather with friends and family and appreciate good hospitality.
What to expect:
- 1:00pm: arrival into the AGA kitchen at Blue Smoke for your first beverage matched with your first course to start the day;
- 1:30pm: seated for 4-course lunch with 4 matched beers with chats from the brewer’s;
- 4:00pm: Finish the day soaking up the sun in the Blue Smoke and the log-shed
- 5:30pm: Event end
What you need to know:
This is an R18 event – ID will be required if you look under 25
The food and beverage’s cannot cater to gluten free dietary requirements
Vegetarian/vegan can be catered for.
